Bookings

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are running late I will do my best to still complete the full treatment however, I may have to adjust your appointment allowing for time. It is best to arrive without makeup.

New Clients
On the day of your appointment please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. It is best to arrive to your appointment with no makeup on. If you have medications, medical history including allergies and skincare products please bring them with you or have a list of them for your file.

Bookings
A $50.00 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This ensures a mutual respect is held for the appointment time. The booking fee amount is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking.
All booking fees are non-refundable it ensures you attend your appointment and covers our time if you do not. It will be forfeited if:
•    You change or cancel your booking within 48hours of your appointment time.
•    You are running significantly late and there is another client booked in.
•    You do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and you will be required to pay the balance of the appointment within 48hours of the original appointment booking.
You will be required to pay another booking fee to book another appointment.

Appointments
You will receive an email 48hours prior, confirming your appointment.
It is not possible to have additional people in the room at the time of your appointment. Please make alternative arrangements for young children on the day of your appointment other guests are welcome to wait for you in the reception area.

Cancellation
Please provide 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment to allow the clinic to reallocate this time to someone else and minimise financial loss to the clinic.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice you will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment you booked, this includes packages. This fee is to be paid within 24hrs of the missed appointment.
In the case of illness or emergency please notify the clinic as soon as possible so we are aware that you will not be attending your appointment, fees may be charged at the discretion of the clinic.

Aquapure Loyalty Programme
If you belong to the Aquapure loyalty programme, you must book every four weeks to receive your loyalty programme discount. If you have to change your booking it must be within one week of your original appointment time. If this is not possible you will pay the full price of the Aquapure Deluxe treatment $225, at your next appointment, your loyalty programme discount will recommence once you resume four weekly bookings.

Refunds
No refunds will be provided for treatments and services provided.
Products can be returned within two weeks of purchase, if they have not be opened, are in good order and in original packaging. Returns can be refunded or credited to your account.
Bookings are non-transferable including packages of treatments ie only one person may use a package of treatments purchased.
